What does the LOB do?: The Marketing Operations team is responsible for delivering marketing campaigns across internal lines of business. They coordinate campaign execution and also perform hands-on work within marketing tools and platforms.

Job Description:
- The Digital Consultant for the execution of digital marketing campaigns across CIBC’s owned channels, including CIBC.com, Digital Banking, and Email.
- The role will also be accountable for recommending, influencing, and implementing digital channel personalization & testing opportunities based on data driven insights.
- The role leverages Agile Marketing methodology to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives that drive client acquisition, product engagement, and digital channel adoption.

- Monitor and Optimize: Track campaign performance using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Target.

Must Have Requirement:
- End-to-end digital campaign management – proven ability to manage full lifecycle (planning, execution, optimization, reporting) - 3+ years
- Strong understanding of marketing operations – 3+ years
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams – 3+ years
- Experience Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target (or similar)
- User experience with Adobe Workfront (used for planning and project work assignment/tracking)
- Effective Communicator: Skilled in oral and written communication, including presentations for leadership audiences.
- Ownership Mindset: Takes accountability for campaign outcomes and proactively addresses delivery challenges.
- Collaborative: Works effectively with diverse teams to achieve delivery goals.
