About the Role
We are looking for a confident, well spoken person to be the first voice business owners hear when they connect with Vanguard. You earn a steady hourly wage from day one, and when you hit your booking targets, you earn bonuses on top.
Your job is simple to describe and rewarding to master: get business owners talking, build quick rapport, and book qualified consultations for our closing team. You bring the energy and the conversations. Our closers take it from there.
What You Will Do
You will call retail storefronts, restaurants, warehouses, industrial companies, and other commercial businesses across the region. You will introduce Vanguard, spark genuine interest, qualify the opportunity, and lock in consultations for our sales closers. You are the engine that fills the pipeline, and the whole team wins when you do your job well.
