We’ve had a banner year, and we are now looking for a "Category A" Sales Professional to act as a foundational member of our growth team. This is a virtual-first, results-oriented environment—we value your expertise and your network more than your time in a cubicle.
The Role: Impact-Driven Sales
We aren’t looking for someone to learn the industry on the fly. We need an insider who can "talk shop" with CEOs and recite the major players in the food world from memory.
Your Key Mandates:
- Consultative Architect: Move beyond transactional sales to provide high-level consulting. You’ll help CEOs navigate the complexities of a shifting market, including identifying M&A opportunities and growth levers.
- AI-Enabled Outreach: Leverage modern AI tools to optimize your pipeline, research targets, and provide data-backed insights to prospects.
- C-Suite Influence: Confidently navigate boardrooms and build high-level relationships with CEOs and executive decision-makers.
- Strategic Growth: Own the full sales cycle, from architecting a pipeline to closing high-value deals that move the needle.
- Industry Presence: Act as the "face of the brand" at major trade shows and conferences across the food service and distribution landscape.
- Scale-Up Mentality: Play a lead role in a firm aiming to 2x its footprint in the next 12 months.
Candidate Profile
Our leadership is looking for a specific pedigree. You are the perfect fit if:
- You are a Food Industry Insider: You have 3–5+ years of success specifically selling into the food world (Software/SaaS, POS, or large-scale food service distribution). You know the landscape, the companies, and the challenges they face.
- You are a Strategic Hunter: You don’t wait for leads to come to you. You are a master of "the close" and thrive on persistent, high-value outreach.
- You are CRM-Native: You understand that data drives deals. Proficiency in Pipedrive (or similar CRMs) is a significant asset.
- You Crave Autonomy: You thrive in a virtual-first/hybrid environment where you are treated like a professional and given the space to deliver.
