Utilize advanced CRM Analytics tools to analyze complex customer data and generate actionable insights Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design develop and implement Salesforce Analytics solutions Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and business metrics Interpret large datasets to identify trends patterns and opportunities for business growth Leverage Salesforce Analytics capabilities to enhance customer segmentation targeting and personalization strategies Stay current with the latest trends technologies and best practices in CRM Analytics and Salesforce Analytics Support data governance initiatives to ensure data accuracy integrity and quality across CRM analytics projects
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead endtoend CRM Analytics projects ensuring alignment with organizational business objectives Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Mentor and guide junior team members on CRM Analytics best practices tools and methodologies Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and proposing innovative analytics solutions Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate CRM Analytics outputs into broader business processes and strategies Monitor and optimize analytics performance data accuracy and reporting quality Provide expert advice on Salesforce Analytics capabilities and their application to solve complex business challenges

Compensation range: $125,369.00 to $154,000.00 per year
