Position Summary:
MyCardia Clinic, a WELL Health clinic, is seeking a reliable, patient-focused, and detail-oriented Cardiology Technician to join our growing team. This role is essential to the day-to-day operations of our busy outpatient cardiology clinic and supports the delivery of high-quality patient care through the completion of non-invasive cardiac testing and related clinical duties.
The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinic environment while maintaining a strong commitment to patient experience, teamwork, and operational excellence.
What you will be doing:

Perform non-invasive cardiac testing including:
-
Electrocardiograms (ECGs/EKGs)
-
Holter monitor hook-up and removal (24-hour, 48-hour, 72-hour, and extended monitoring)

Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor (ABPM) setup and removal

Simple spirometry and advanced spirometry

Prepare and upload testing data and reports for physician review.

Educate patients on monitor use, troubleshooting, and return procedures.

Ensure accurate patient documentation within the EMR system.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas and equipment.

Support clinic workflow, patient flow, and daily operations as required.

Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management.

Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to clinic policies and privacy standards.

Deliver a professional, welcoming, and compassionate patient experience at all times.
You Have:
-
Two years’ experience in a cardiology clinic, medical clinic, or healthcare setting preferred.

Experience performing ECGs and applying Holter monitors considered an asset.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working with EMR systems and basic computer applications.

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment.

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
The Cardiology Technician plays a key role in supporting clinic efficiency, continuity of care, and overall patient satisfaction. Success in this role is measured through accuracy and volume of completed testing, timely report preparation, reduced repeat testing, efficient patient flow, and overall reliability. As the clinic continues to grow, a dependable full-time team member is required to support operational consistency and maintain a high standard of patient care.
