Role responsibilities:• Support staff and processes within defined operational areas (production, material handling, wood fabrication, foam fabrication).• Perform general labor and environmental functions.• Maintain a clean work area.
- When needed and appropriate, perform tasks in advanced job grades.
What you bring:• High school diploma or equivalent.• Experience in a manufacturing environment with willingness to be trained if without that experience.• Ambition, with a positive willing-to-learn attitude.• Ability to react quickly and make adjustments.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
