Parts Coordinator

What You’ll Do
As a Parts Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of parts ordering and inventory in a busy collision repair facility:
- Order, receive, and invoice parts and materials using industry specific software
- Follow up on vendor orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain and organize the parts area for efficiency and accuracy
- Update Estimators and Technicians on parts status and availability
- Support the shop with clear, efficient communication and problem solving
- Help manage sustainability aligned materials (recyclables, cores, packaging reduction efforts, etc.)
- Support documentation related to EV readiness, calibration parts, and modern repair processes
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with systems, and supporting a high performance team behind the scenes.
What You Bring
- Automotive knowledge or prior collision/repair industry experience
- Parts experience in a shop, dealership, or related environment
- Ability to manage multiple ordering systems, vendor portals, and workflows
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- A willingness to keep learning and growing your technical knowledge
- Professional references demonstrating reliability and strong work habits
