Position Overview: We are in search of a Veterinary Assistant/ Receptionist – someone who's a self-motivated communicator with a deep love for interacting with pets and their owners.
Role Responsibilities:
- Craft a memorable and positive experience for our clients and patients.
- Elevate customer service standards, ensuring top-notch experiences for today's discerning pet owner.
- Maintain an organized workspace, showcasing the ability to multitask and maintain keen attention to detail.
Key Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Previous experience in the veterinary industry.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Cornerstone software and prior customer service experience.
