Registered Psychotherapist – High-Functioning Adults & Teens (100% remote)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a warm, skilled, and motivated Registered Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional dysregulation/overwhelm and ADHD. This is an independent contractor position with flexible scheduling, on a virtual platform. Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual psychotherapy to adults and teens.
- Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed, psychodynamic, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with CRPO standards.
- Participate in select marketing initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development, be a supportive and engaged team member
- Uphold ethical and professional standards while fostering a supportive, non-judgmental therapeutic environment.
- Receive clinical supervision in accordance with CRPO standards.
- Maintain own persona liabilityl insurance.
- Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology or equivalent
- Current registration and good standing with CRPO licensing body
- Experience working with adults and teens
- Strong skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain professional boundaries and uphold confidentiality
- Minimum 3 years experience working with adults and teens in a therapeutic setting
- Ongoing engagement in professional development, supervision, or peer consultation to support ethical and effective practice
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively. Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Commitment to inclusivity, and trauma-informed care
- Innate ability to connect with clients and build the therapeutic relationship
