We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Qualified Crew Lead to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round position with competitive pay, benefits, and plenty of room for advancement.

Schedule
- 10-hour days

- Occasional weekend work as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Experience operating equipment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors and lead a crew safely and efficiently
