Paws in the Bath is hiring Professional Pet Groomers across the GTA. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for pet parents, building lasting relationships with customers and their pets. Job Responsibilities:
- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, haircutting, and styling according to client requests and breed standards.
- Safely handle pets throughout the grooming process while ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
- Conduct thorough pet assessments and communicate any health concerns, skin conditions, or parasites to pet parents or management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building positive relationships with clients and addressing questions or concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming environment, including grooming tools, equipment, and work areas.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional pet grooming experience preferred.
- Weekend availability is required as part of your regular schedule.
- Strong focus on pet safety, comfort, and overall well-being at all times.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality grooming services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
- Certification from a grooming school or association is considered an asset.
- Genuine love for pets and passion for animal care.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$70.00 per hour
