Qualifications:
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong computer skills in a variety of different areas such as: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience with Sage an Asset
- Strong customer service skills and consultative skills with a proven ability to develop solutions that addresses the customers needs.
- Leadership skills to be able to work with other teams in the company
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail is key
Daily Tasks:
- Taking orders and entering them in to the computer system for processing
- Liaison for outside dealer sales associate
- Research parts for customers
- Quoting sales for customers
- Scheduling all related tasks and provide necessary paperwork to complete orders
- Create customer files
- Follow ups
- Ordering, updating and organizing literature for all product
- Updating price books as required
- Communicate with department related managers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
