Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's specific needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after treatments
- Consult with clients to understand their health concerns and desired outcomes
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals when necessary
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client progress in compliance with privacy regulations
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism at all times
- Stay informed about new massage techniques, industry trends, and continuing education opportunities
Experience
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist in a professional setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health conditions and bodywork therapies is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care
- Certification or licensing as required by state regulations for massage therapy practice
