Position Overview
Show Home Host/Hostess presents properties to prospective lessees during show home hours.
Responsibilities:
· Act as host in show homes to show property to prospective lessors or buyers
· Attend various residential properties to meet with potential lessees and show properties
· Track all leasing/rental inquiries
Hours of Work
This is a part-time position (10-20 hours per week).
The current show suite schedule is below:
Sundays from 1pm-4pm
Tuesdays from 5pm-8pm
Wednesdays from 5pm-8pm
Thursdays from 5pm-8pm
Requirements
· Must possess a valid driver’s license and have own transportation
· Be able to work evenings and weekends
· Excellent presentation and sales skills
· Excellent customer service and organizational skills
