Cold Pro is growing fast, and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us. As our business continues to expand, we’re adding 3rd and 4th Year Apprentices HVAC and Refrigeration Mechanic Apprentices to our team in Maple Ridge and the Lower Mainland.

Responsibilities
- Service and maintain a wide variety of refrigeration and HVAC equipment
- Support construction and retrofit projects (asset)
- Assist with VRF systems (asset)
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Build and maintain positive, professional customer relationships
- Participate in on‑call rotation and standby shifts as required
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and self‑motivated attitude
- Experience in HVAC/R service or construction (assets listed above)
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional communication and customer service skills
