Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Hire, train, supervise, and schedule team members to maintain efficient operations
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and labour costs to meet financial targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Canadian health & safety regulations
- Support local marketing promotions and implement strategies to improve store performance
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant or fast-food management experience (drive-thru experience preferred)
- Experience managing a team
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (bilingual is an asset)
- Permanent Residency required
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Valid Food Handling Certificate and First Aid Certification
- Must have access to a vehicle
Compensation
$59,500 per year plus performance bonus.
