A day in the life of Senior Area Sales Manager for The Nostalgia Townlet:

Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Sales and Customer Experience.

Responsible for the day-to-day scheduling of the team.

Monitoring activities of the team and ensure we are providing the customer experience expected.

Cognizant of appointments being made with our Area Sales Manager’s to actively engage with the customers.

Responsible for achieving the monthly sales budget.

Coach Ambassadors/Demonstrators on demonstrations and discovery.
What you will bring to the table:
Proven leadership:
-
5+ years in new home in a senior or management sales role. A track record of leading teams to exceed goals in a competitive market.

Provable success in meeting and exceeding sales and customer service targets for a minimum of 2 years.
Community & Luxury Acumen:
-
Ability to sell vision and lifestyle, brand and customer experience. Experience with master-planned or luxury communities is a distinct asset.
New Home Experience:

Deep understanding of the new home sales process — presales, construction phases, possession milestones, and the emotional journey buyers go through.
People-First Leader:
