Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing service team. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our clients, production facility, and service technicians. You will manage customer accounts, coordinate service scheduling, and ensure every window and door order meets our high standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Act as the primary contact for homeowners, contractors, and builders regarding order statuses, product questions, and warranty claims.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot product issues (e.g., drafts, leaks, hardware malfunctions), and determine if issues fall under warranty.
- Order Processing: Enter accurate data for new window and door orders, structural modifications, and parts requests into the company system.
- Service Scheduling: Coordinate with field technicians and dispatch teams to schedule repair appointments, measurements, and product installations.
- Cross-Department Liaison: Collaborate closely with manufacturing, sales, and logistics teams to resolve delivery delays and ensure product accuracy.
- Financial Admin: Generate price quotes for non-warranty service parts, process payments, and ensure billing documentation is accurate.
Qualification
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail customer service, a call centre, or a manufacturing/construction administration role.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or familiarity with building materials, blueprints, window/door parts, or window manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP/CRM databases (such as Salesforce), enterprise scheduling software, and standard office applications (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a proven ability to de-escalate tense customer situations.
- Spatial/Analytical Aptitude: Ability to read order specifications, understand basic technical dimensions (height, width, depth), and interpret warranty guidelines.
- Organization: Strong multitasking skills to manage a high volume of emails, phone calls, and active service files simultaneously.
