About the Assistant General Manager Role:
- This is a full-time Salaried Management position reporting directly to the GM
- As the Assistant General Manager, you work directly with the General Manager to lead all aspects of the business
- You are responsible for sales growth, cost controls, adherence of all standards, development & retention of your team, repairs & maintenance
- The two primary goals for the business are; Profitable growth in Guest counts & greater retention of Team Members
- Drive Service team participation in ongoing learning via our online learning system
Assistant General Manager Earnings & Perks:
- $63,000 - $72,000 annual salary

**PLEASE NOTE: This is a pre-open hiring initiative. As our venue is under development, interviews will take place both remotely (via phone and/or video calling), as well as in-person. Start date will be determined on a case-by-case basis in the range of July-August 2026. Pre-open training will take place in an established Beertown location, to be determined in cooperation with each Management hire, based on their city of residence and ability to commute. **
