Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Superintendent to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our 18 unit building . The ideal candidate will possess management abilities , drivers license and expertise in property maintenance .
Duties
- Manage and complete repair projects , ensuring timely completion while minimizing operational disruption .
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or upgrades .
- Lawn and lot care .
- Sidewalk and entry snowshoveling and salting .
- Minor plumbing and electrical skills .
- Apartment makeovers including painting of walls and ceilings as well as damage repairs .
- Interior and exterior painting as required .
- Ability to deal with existing and potetial tenants .
- Ability to communicate and take instruction and suggestions as needed .
- Must maintain provided accomodation (unit 103) in a neat and clean condition at all times .
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
