**Position 1: Marketing Manager**
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Manage marketing budget and ROI
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
- Lead and train the marketing team
- Coordinate marketing activities with other departments and external partners
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, with 2 or more years in a managerial role
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies
**Position 2: Customer Service Manager**
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage the customer service team to ensure high-quality customer experience
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Analyze customer satisfaction and feedback to propose improvements
- Train and develop the customer service team
- Manage customer relationships to improve retention and loyalty
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Management or a related field
- At least 3 years of customer service experience, with 1 or more years in a managerial role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve
