Experienced Door-to-Door Canvassers Wanted — Colwood/Langford
We're looking for canvassers who already know how to work a neighbourhood. If you've knocked on doors before — political campaigns, fundraising, alarm systems, solar, telephone, or other home services- we want you on our painting marketing team.
Pay (uncapped)

$25/hour guaranteed base

$5 per qualified lead (about 1 per hour on average)

$25 per lead that converts to a booked job

2$ for getting a lawn sign up

Top-performer bonuses on top of all of the above
If you're good at this, the per-lead and per-booking bonuses are where the real money is — this isn't a flat-rate gig.
What you'll be doing

Working a route through Colwood/Langford neighbourhoods, door to door

Pitching our painting services — confident, conversational, low-pressure

Qualifying leads and collecting solid contact info

Working solo or paired, self-directed once you know the territory
What we want to see

Proven door-knocking or field sales experience — tell us where

A track record you can point to: conversion rates, leads/day, whatever metric you tracked

Comfortable handling objections and rejection without losing momentum

Can work independently and manage your own route/pace

Reliable, on time, no hand-holding needed
