Service Foreman – Electrical (PEI)
LuMar Electric is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Foreman (Electrical) to lead service work across Prince Edward Island. This is a specialized, high-impact role for someone who takes ownership, drives quality, and can confidently manage both field execution and customer expectations.
This is not a general labour or entry-level supervisory position. We are looking for a proven leader in electrical service work who can operate independently, make sound decisions in the field, and maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and coordinating electrical service work across multiple sites in PEI
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex electrical issues
- Managing small crews or working independently depending on scope
- Ensuring code compliance, safety standards, and quality control are consistently met
- Acting as the primary field contact for service-related work and client interactions
- Supporting scheduling, planning, and material coordination as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Licensed Electrician (Red Seal preferred)
- Significant experience in electrical service work (residential, commercial, or mixed)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage work in the field
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Professional communication and customer-facing confidence
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned work
