Ignite Connections is looking for a Client Success Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our active client campaigns. In this role, you'll work to ensure consistent client communication, run client check-ins, resolve questions, coordinate internal follow-up, and keep campaigns on track. You'll work closely under the Account Manager, who focuses on renewal strategy and revenue, while you assist the operational experience that keeps clients satisfied day to day.
This is a relationship-driven role for someone who genuinely enjoys people; someone who can build trust quickly, stay organized across multiple accounts, and communicate effectively whether they're talking to a client or coordinating with our internal teams.

Expectations:
- Run client check-in meetings and keep an honest read on whether campaigns are on track
- Build genuine, trusting relationships with clients and become their first call for day to day questions
- Coordinate with internal teams (Data, Onboarding, Call Team Manager) to resolve issues and follow through until they're closed
- Know when to handle something yourself and when to loop in leadership
- Keep detailed, organized notes in HubSpot and our renewal tracker

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000 base salary, plus 1% commission on all renewals (OTE $50,000–$70,000)
