WE ARE GROWING.. Quality First Motors Ltd. is currently hiring for our repair facility. We are seeking a Licensed Commercial Truck Heavy Duty Mechanic, or capable third or fourth year apprentice. We offer competitive wages along with a variable work schedule. We are located in the Spallumcheen Business Park where we service and repair many different types of heavy trucks and trailers.
Qualifications:
1) Third or Fourth year Commercial Truck Mechanic or
2) Red Seal Commercial Truck and Transport Mechanic or
3) Red Seal Heavy Equipment Mechanic or
4) Journeyman Heavy Equipment Mechanic
5) Commercial Vehicle Inspection Certification (CVIP)is an asset but not required
6) Own your tools
7) Diagnostic Computer Skills an asset
8) Valid Drivers License
9) Welding experience an asset
10) Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
11) Ability to work in a group setting or independently
