Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for clients and staff. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who take pride in their work. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional setting with a focus on quality service and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
- Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials as needed
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality of service
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as required
Experience
- Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with cleaning tools, supplies, and safety practices is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude toward work responsibilities
