Our client is looking to bring on a hands-on M&A Integration Consultant to lead the deal from diligence through post-close integration.This is a high-impact role partnering directly with senior leadership and external advisors (Big 4), with full ownership of the transaction lifecycle.
In this M&A Integration Consultant role , you will:

Lead buy-side due diligence (financial, operational, commercial)

Act as the internal deal lead across Finance, Legal, Tax, IT & Ops

Identify key risks, deal breakers, and “hidden issues” that could surface post-close

Support deal execution, structuring, and Day 1 readiness

Build and drive the integration plan (Day 1 / 30 / 90+)

Ensure seamless collaboration with external advisors

Proactively flag risks that could impact the business 3–6 months post-close
What we’re looking for:

8–15+ years in Transaction Services (Big 4), PE, or M&A advisory

Strong buy-side diligence + integration experience

Deep understanding of asset purchase transactions

Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, unstructured deal environments

Someone who can “see around corners” and mitigate risk early
Ideal background:

Private Equity or portfolio company integration

Experience in operational or tech-enabled environments
