Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years of administrative, construction, electrical, or operations experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with different teams
- Purchasing, inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience is an asset
- Basic understanding of electrical materials and terminology is an asset
- Class 5 Driver’s License& Forklift operation required (airbrake endorsement is an asset)
Collaborative Office
- Maintain a consistent presence to assist company owners. Provide seamless administrative support with day-to-day activities and maintain an organized flow of information
- Proficient working with office software systems: Microsoft Teams, QuickBooks Online, Outlook; while implementing up to date technology to increase efficiencies within administrative systems
- Building professional relationships with customers, inspectors and other lead professionals
- Attend weekly and monthly company meetings, contribute to agenda topics as required
Project Administration
- Provide support with daily administration and coordination of specific projects including maintaining files, documentation, records, materials, permits, and deadlines
- Communicate project updates and information between project supervisors, customers, and office staff
- Manage communication by reviewing, prioritizing, and if required responding to important emails and communications on behalf of company owners (Curtis)
- Managing BC Hydro incentive program applications, permits and project management
- Administrative fleet management including maintenance, insurance renewals, annual inspections, repairs
Operations – Purchasing, Receiving & Warehouse
- Receiving shipments of materials, organizing materials in warehouse, pulling stock for electricians
- Purchasing stock and requested materials
- Track materials and communication with project managers / schedulers with material ETA
- Implementing efficient systems in warehouse organization and management
- Liaison between company, vendors and suppliers to build a lucrative business relationship

Pay: $27.00-$31.00 per hour
