Machine Builder
Location: Concord, ON
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Compensation: $30.00–$36.08 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) with overtime opportunities
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble custom industrial machinery and automation equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly drawings, and technical schematics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during assembly and commissioning.
- Perform machine installation, startup, testing, and commissioning both in-house and at customer facilities.
- Maintain and use personal hand tools required for machine assembly.
- Work with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components during equipment assembly.
- Assist with machine modifications, improvements, and troubleshooting as required.
- Communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and internal technical teams.
- Identify quality concerns and recommend process improvements.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience building or assembling large industrial machinery.
- Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical schematics.
- Experience assembling custom machinery or automated production equipment.
- Excellent mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid passport or ability to travel internationally as required.

Travel Requirements
- Approximately 25% travel within Canada, the United States, and internationally.
- Valid passport or travel documentation required.
