Lab Technician – Full-Time (Days)
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Lab Technician to join our team. This is a full-time daytime position and an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:

Edging and tinting ophthalmic lenses (training provided)

Operating equipment used for lens edging and tinting

Performing routine cleaning and maintenance of laboratory equipment

Ordering and monitoring lab supplies, including dyes, lens pads, and other materials

Answering telephone inquiries as required

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe laboratory work area

Assisting with general lab duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills
-
Previous optical or laboratory experience is an asset, but not required
