Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic morning team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food handling and sanitation. Your positive attitude and commitment to teamwork will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Successful full time candidates will be required to have an open availability for all days of the week . This a morning position for a 4am, 5am and 6 am start time. Restaurant is limited for public transportation. Use of your own transportation is highly recommended.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards and the tim hortons brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and monitoring product freshness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and food handling.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation guidelines is a plus.
