Position: Estimator / Sales
Hours: 40hr/week
Wage: Salary + Commission Location: Central Alberta (Red Deer area)

The Opportunity
We’re looking for someone who can do more than just measure and quote—you’ll be a key part of driving revenue and setting projects up for success.
● Meet clients on-site to assess projects and take measurements
● Create and maintain strong relationships with community partners
● Read through bid packages and build accurate estimates using PlanSwift (or similar tools)
● Communicate clearly with other trades to ensure smooth project collaboration
● Prepare estimates, quotes and confidently close work
● Help customers choose the right flooring system
● Protect company margins while staying competitive
● Follow up on leads and maintain CRM software
● Ensure projects are set up cleanly for the install crew
Requirements
● Solid ability to read blueprints, do take-offs and create accurate quotes
● Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented
● Valid driver’s licence with reliable transportation
● Strong people skills
● Ability to prioritize work based on deadlines and company standards of service
● Construction, coatings, or estimating experience is an asset
● Experience with PlanSwift (or similar takeoff software) is a strong asset
● Familiarity with Jobber or similar job management software is an asset
Compensation
● Base salary: $60,000 – $75,000 (depending on experience) + Commission
● High performers can earn $80,000–$100,000+
