Red Seal Millwright - Day Shift - $45-50/hr

We’re working with a well-run food processing facility in Vancouver that’s building out a strong, long-term maintenance team.
This is a hands-on role on the production floor, working closely alongside a highly experienced Senior Maintenance Lead. It’s a clean, steady environment focused on keeping equipment running - not a shutdown-heavy operation.
What you’ll be doing
Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment
Mechanical repairs across conveyors, pumps, motors, and processing systems
Welding and fabrication (MIG/TIG/Stick) as needed
Supporting production to minimize downtime and keep lines moving
Contributing ideas to improve reliability and efficiency on the floor
What they’re looking for
Red Seal Millwright certification
Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
Experience in food, seafood, or manufacturing environments
Welding/fabrication experience is a strong asset
Comfortable working directly on the production floor
Reliable, hands-on, and takes ownership of their work
The role
Monday-Friday day shift (flexible start times)
$45-50/hr depending on experience
