Busy downtown office and showroom requires an energetic customer service associate to work in 3-member team. This is an IN-PERSON position with regular weekday hours Monday through Friday. Candidate must have excellent phone manner, solid computer skills; must be comfortable dealing with variety of customers. Must be willing to take basic measurements and evaluate sizing/fit. In addition to providing excellent personalized customer service, candidate MUST be able to MULTI-TASK: answer phone, greet customers, reply to emails, prioritize multiple projects, and respond to last-minute requests from customers. Potential to participate in our social media feed, both from the creative side as well as overall direction. Occasional evening and/or weekend hours required during busy spring season. Hourly salary to start; 90 day probationary period/salary review. Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Record and modify customer information within the database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
