Duties
- Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatment services tailored to client preferences
- Assist clients with product recommendations, and retail sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and salon areas in compliance with health standards
- Upsell salon products and additional services to enhance client experience and salon revenue
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized style advice
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to deliver innovative looks
- Build strong client relationships through excellent customer service to encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Proven experience in hair styling, cutting, coloring, or related cosmetology services
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in a salon environment
- Ability to upsell products and services in a professional manner
- Retail sales experience is a plus
- Valid cosmetology license or certification as required
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best

Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour
