We are currently seeking skilled Class 1 or Class 3A Truck Drivers to join our dynamic and versatile team for year-round and seasonal work
Compensation & Benefits:
- Wages negotiable based on experience (up to $32.00/hour)
- Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half for any hours worked over 8 hours per day and 44 hours per week
- Travel allowance considered for candidates outside the Bow Valley

Work Schedule:
- 40–55 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed
- Day shift
Key Responsibilities:
For Class 1 Drivers:
- Operate tandem truck & pup combinations, end dumps, and lowboys
- Haul aggregates and materials to and from construction sites
For Class 3 Drivers:
- Operate tandem trucks and water trucks
General Duties:
- Load and unload aggregates and materials
- Maintain accurate daily logs of loads and hours
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues
- Clean and refuel vehicles daily
- Comply with all traffic laws, road bans, and safety regulations
- Follow assigned routes and instructions
- Report incidents or near-misses to supervisors and participate in incident protocols
- Willingness to assist on-site crews with labour or equipment tasks is considered an asset
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 or Class 3A license with air brake endorsement
- CSA-approved safety boots (required)
- CSTS certification or equivalent (asset – training available)
- 1–3 years of experience in a construction or hauling environment
- Strong safety focus and situational awareness
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Prepared to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
