Description
· Provide high quality risk management processes, process optimization and technical monitoring services to the Midstream organization PUTs through engineering design, troubleshooting, technical monitoring, process optimization, quality incident investigations, completion of corrective actions, supporting and implementing obsolescence programs, risk assessments (including PHAs and CA&FS studies), and trending and course correction of process operations key performance indicators
· Support the development, execution and sustainment of technical initiatives which address historical gaps with OEMS, corporate technical standards, regulatory requirements and system performance within the Midstream organization, in close coordination with the Midstream Leadership Team (MLT) and PUTs.
· Support OEMS maturity and discipline as a key participant for the Conduct of Safe Operations, Management of Change, Manage Threats to Availability, and other OEMS processes.
- Previous pipeline operations experience preferred.
