Duties
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the accurate tracking of parts
- Source and procure parts through reliable suppliers
- Process purchase orders, data entry, and maintain detailed records of transactions
- Maintain organized storage areas, ensuring easy access to parts and compliance with safety standards
- Creating and maintaining quotes for repairs
Qualifications
- Prior mechanical or automotive parts experience
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to automotive
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and clients
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
