Job Summary:
As the Tire Technician Team Lead at Trail Tire, you will be responsible for supporting and training our Tire Technicians. In this leadership role, you’ll lead by example, provide hands-on training, and ensure team members have the knowledge and skills needed to perform their roles effectively and contribute to the success of the team. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain professional, courteous, and friendly communication with clients, customers, and coworkers.
· Adhere to company policies and procedures, including updates implemented over time.
· Assist with training, and ongoing development of Tire Technicians.
· Organize, delegate, and oversee daily workload assignments for Tire Technicians.
· Train and ensure compliance with proper work order and standard operational procedures.
· Monitor team performance to ensure adherence to company procedures and safety standards.
· Report any concerns related to staff performance or procedural issues to the Store Manager.
· Perform Tire Technician duties as needed to support workflow.
· Maintain a clean and organized shop environment through daily clean-up routines.
· Assist with routine maintenance of shop facilities and equipment.
· Provide support to Auto Technicians when required.
· Precautions taken to ensure the protection of Customer Property
· Demonstrate sound judgment and accountability in all responsibilities.
Safety: Follow all safety guideline and operational procedures
Working Conditions:
· Shop environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
· Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying.
· Occasional overtime may be required during peak seasons.
· Support team operations and complete other tasks as assigned.
