The Opportunity
We are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) to join Massage Haven as an independent contractor. Contractors may choose between a per-treatment compensation model or a room rental arrangement, depending on their preferred practice structure.
Responsibilities
- Provide massage therapy treatments in accordance with CMTO standards
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant client charting
- Develop and manage treatment plans and home care recommendations
- Maintain a professional treatment room and shared clinic spaces
- Adhere to clinic policies while operating as an independent practitioner
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers as appropriate
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the CMTO
- Professional liability insurance
- Ability to work independently and manage your own practice
- Strong communication and client care skills
- New graduates welcome to apply
Compensation & Clinic Support
Option 1: Per-Treatment Model
- $70 per hour treatment rate
- 100% of gratuities paid directly to the therapist
- All supplies and equipment provided
Option 2: Room Rental Model
- Fixed room rental available (daily or monthly options)
- Rental terms and rates discussed at interview
- Fully furnished room and shared clinic amenities included
Additional Clinic Support (Both Options)
- Reception and administrative support (booking, billing, reminders)
- Flexible scheduling and full autonomy over your practice
- Supportive, professional clinic environment
- Optional mentorship for new graduates
