Our busy medical imaging clinic in North Vancouver has expanded into Squamish and we are looking for a part time Medical Office Assistant to join our team! We are located at 38117 2nd Ave, Squamish.
The successful candidate must thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment and possess excellent organizational and customer service skills. High attention to detail, flexibility and ability to learn quickly will be an asset. Previous experience in diagnostic imaging is preferred but not necessary. Please note training will take place at our North Vancouver location.
Requirements:
- MOA certification or at least 1 year of related experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, in person and via telephone
- Proficient with computers
- Efficient time management and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and energetic personality
