As a Resort Bell Attendant (Porter), you will be one of the first faces guests meet upon arrival. Your role is to provide a welcoming experience by assisting guests with luggage, offering directions, answering questions, and ensuring guests feel comfortable from check-in to departure.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying active throughout the day, and taking pride in delivering excellent guest service.
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage transportation to and from guest rooms
- Escort guests to rooms and provide helpful information about resort amenities and services
- Assist guests with directions, transportation arrangements, and general inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance and lobby area
- Support the front desk team with guest requests when needed
- Help coordinate luggage storage and delivery efficiently
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns or requests
- Provide exceptional hospitality while maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or guest services is considered an asset, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and approachable personality
- Ability to lift and move luggage safely
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays if required
