- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including filing and stock replenishment
- Manage cash register operations with precision, including balancing drawers at shift end
- Support inventory management through accurate record-keeping and stock organization
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in French or other languages are a plus
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to operate computer systems and POS technology efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for merchandising and filing tasks
- Capable of physical activity required for stocking shelves and handling merchandise
- Basic math skills for cash handling, transactions, and inventory counts
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Knowledge of hospitality or previous leadership experience is advantageous for team collaboration
