The Scrum Master will support the delivery of the Change Management and Accountability Framework workstreams within the Integrated Workload and Workforce Management (iWLM) project supporting ESDC.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Working within a SAFe Agile delivery model, the Scrum Master will partner with business SMEs, Product Management, Product Owners, change management consultants, business analysts, and technical teams to facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross functional activities, manage dependencies, remove impediments, and support Program Increment (PI) planning and execution.
The role will ensure the iterative delivery of change management products and accountability framework deliverables while promoting collaboration, transparency, continuous improvement, and alignment across teams.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- 8 plus years as a performing Scrum Master tasks:
- Strong facilitation, SAFe Agile delivery experience, stakeholder engagement, delivery coordination, and communication skills are essential, along with experience supporting organizational transformation and complex, multi stream initiatives.
- Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Remove blockers and impediments that impact the team's progress.
- Coach the team on Scrum principles, Agile practices, and self-organization.
- Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Monitor sprint progress using Agile metrics such as burndown charts and velocity.
- Coordinate dependencies and communication between teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate backlog refinement and user story estimation sessions.
- Drive continuous improvement by leading retrospectives and implementing action items.
- Protect the team from distractions, scope changes, and unnecessary interruptions during the sprint.
- Promote collaboration, transparency, and adherence to Agile best practices across the team and organization.'
