Equipment Towing & Courier Driver to join our growing team.
Position Summary:
This role involves towing small construction equipment and completing courier duties using a 1-ton truck and an 18–30 ft gooseneck trailer. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with equipment moving, safe trailering practices and is willing to do general courier duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a 1-ton truck and 18–30 ft gooseneck trailer
- Load, secure, and tow small construction equipment to and from job sites
- Perform routine courier tasks including delivery of tools, parts, and documents
- Conduct regular equipment and vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation
- Communicate effectively with the operations team for scheduling and logistics
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of towing and trailer driving experience
- Experience with gooseneck trailers and hauling small construction equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Class 5 with air brake or equivalent preferred)
- Strong understanding of safe towing practices and equipment loading procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
