About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Finish Carpenter to join our team! This is a hands-on carpentry role, focused on delivering high-quality work on custom homes and boathouses. You’ll lead by example on-site and take ownership of your carpentry tasks. This role also offers an opportunity for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site carpentry work (framing, finishing, custom installations)
- Collaborate with Site Supervisors and Project Managers to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain a safe, organized, and high-quality work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience building custom homes and exterior/interior finish carpentry
- Own carpentry tools and personal transportation
