We are hiring a Construction Project Specialist to join our Store Development team in Vancouver, BC. In this role, you will take ownership of managing construction projects, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless coordination of product ordering, logistics, and equipment delivery. You’ll play a critical role in keeping projects on schedule and within budget while fostering strong relationships with vendors and sub-trade partners.

Manage FF&E procurement, including purchase orders, vendor invoicing, budget reconciliation, and payment approvals in collaboration with Accounts Payable.

Lead FF&E logistics and installation, tracking shipments, coordinating deliveries, and managing vendor schedules to ensure seamless on-site execution.
-
Manage on-site staging crews during merchandising, collaborating with delivery companies (more hands-on in Canada, with an oversight role for U.S. projects).
-
Oversee project close-out activities, including deficiency tracking, warranty management, and collection of final documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
-
Own and manage small to medium-sized renovation and capital investment projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and vendor performance.

Review (ID) drawings—such as furniture installation plans—to identify risks or discrepancies based on site conditions, and collaborate with contractors to align on plans and processes.
As part of the Store Development Team:
-
Ensure adherence to Earls’ standards for vendor payment terms, tax compliance, customs and brokerage, and international shipments.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and sub-trade partners to optimize project outcomes.
