A Thai restaurant in Orléans, Ottawa is looking for a reliable and motivated Prep Cook to join our kitchen team.
Compensation: Based on experience + tips
Responsibilities:
- Prepare vegetables, meats, sauces, and other ingredients according to recipes
- Portion and label ingredients for daily service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist the kitchen team with daily operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Able to lift and carry up to 30–35 lbs
