Confluence & Documentation-
Expert level Confluence administration and knowledge management

Proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation repositories

Experience developing business requirements documents (BRD) and functional specifications

Strong capability in creating process flow diagrams, system design documentation, and user stories

Ability to manage traceability matrices and maintain documentation standards
Jira Administration & Workflow Management-
Advanced Jira administration with custom workflow configuration

Experience managing issue tracking, sprint boards, and release management
-
Proficiency in reporting and dashboarding for project visibility
-
Strong understanding of Jira integrations with development tools
Requirements Documentation & Analysis-
Expert level business requirements documentation (BRD) development

Proficiency in writing clear, detailed functional specifications
-
Strong user story creation with acceptance criteria and technical specifications
-
Experience developing and maintaining requirements traceability matrices
-
Ability to conduct requirements validation workshops
API Testing & Technical Knowledge-
Hands on experience with API testing tools and methodologies

Ability to validate API functionality, response times, and error handling

Understanding of API documentation and integration patterns

Knowledge of JSON/XML data formats and REST API principles
SQL & Database Knowledge-
Working knowledge of SQL for data queries and analysis

Experience retrieving and validating data from databases

Ability to perform basic data validation and reconciliation

Understanding of database relationships and data structures
Quality Assurance & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)-
Proven UAT coordination and execution experience

Expert level test case development and management

Strong defect tracking and resolution management

Experience creating comprehensive UAT plans and test scenarios

Ability to identify, document, and prioritize defects
Demo & Presentation Skills-
Strong presentation and demonstration abilities

Experience delivering product demos to stakeholders and clients
