Kitchener commercial building seeks a temporary 6-month position (with possible extension) for a Qualified Superintendent or Skilled Trades person to join the team. (Non live-in position)
- Duties include but not limited to:
- General upkeep of property
- Maintenance skills
- Serving and retrieving documents to tenants in the building
- Rent collection
- Overseeing contractors and building renovations
Minor Repairs, such as:
Light Plumbing
Flooring Installation
Minor Electrical
Drywall repair
General Carpentry

Salary: Starting at $43,000.00 per year ($21,500.00 for a six month period)*
